The shipping cost will cover the cost of transporting your item from us to your hands. These costs will be included in the price breakdown when you place your order. The rate is based on the average size and weight of the product. Some larger and/or heavier items will incur additional transportation costs.
The order is shipped through international courier companies such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, Aramex, international standard courier companies such as Parxl, Janio, Luwjistik, as well as ocean, rail, and road transportation. The courier service you use depends on your shipping address and chosen shipping method at checkout.
As a buyer, you agree to pay all local, state, federal, or international taxes (including sales and import taxes) that may arise from your purchase transaction, so please note that your order may incur customs fees.
If these fees apply, they are not included in the transaction and the recipient of the package will be charged directly by the courier company in the designated country.

Sales tax/value-added tax:
We use DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) for most destinations. This means that the prices displayed on the website do not include all taxes and tariffs, and the customer will be responsible for these costs.
We will charge sales tax or usage tax (collectively referred to as "sales tax") and value-added tax ("VAT") on taxable goods purchased by buyers located in certain jurisdictions. This is limited to situations where we determine that we have a legal obligation to collect taxes for such purchases in these countries. In these jurisdictions, we will remit the taxes collected from the buyer to the appropriate tax authorities. In jurisdictions where we do not collect taxes, applicable tax laws may require sellers or buyers to collect, remit, or pay taxes to appropriate tax authorities.
Sales tax and VAT will be applied based on the buyer's shipping address rather than the buyer's billing address. These taxes will apply to all taxable goods purchased in the applicable jurisdiction, even for current discounts completed later.The applicable tax rates may vary by jurisdiction.
Order processing time:
When international sellers choose to place orders by air freight, it usually takes about 9 to 15 working days to complete, and many orders are even completed faster.
When international sellers choose to place orders by sea, it usually takes about 30 to 45 working days to complete, and many orders are even completed faster.
When international sellers choose to place orders by railway, it usually takes about 25 to 35 working days to complete, and many orders are even completed faster.
Order delivery:
The order delivery product has been pre validated and ready for shipment. These orders will be shipped within 1-2 working days during the off-season, and 3-5 working days during the peak season. The delivery time depends on the delivery service and customs clearance process, usually ranging from 1 to 7 days.
We always provide a tracking number for shipping. Your product will first be sent from our warehouse in China to an international logistics company for inspection, and then sent.
Please note that processing and shipping times may be extended due to factors such as customs clearance, border restrictions, and delays from third-party logistics providers.
Additional information:
1.Once the order enters the authentication process, we cannot change the shipping address.
2. We do not offer delivery to payment services.
3. All forms of failed transportation orders are non refundable. If your order cannot be delivered due to transportation failure, it may be destroyed or returned to us by local customs.
4. For returned items, they will be stored and can be requested for reshipment after all incurred costs (including storage fees) have been settled, and all resulting costs will be borne by the buyer.
5. Due to limited flights, shipping schedules, railway schedules, and customs clearance processes, transportation may be delayed.
6. Any additional costs incurred due to changes in address, shipping route, or shipping information will be borne by the buyer.
7. If you are located in a remote area, additional shipping fees will be charged at checkout.

Most of our orders are shipped on a DDU basis and do not include taxes and tariffs.
